Q. How long will it take or what is your normal turnaround time?
A. We are the most flexible provider of custom or logo golf balls on the market. We ask "when do you need it?" From there we have lots of options in terms of expediting production and expediting shipping to try to make your date. We use multiple shipping methods that can get product there faster if needed without air charges. If it can be done without extra charges we will make every effort to do that.
Q. What is the fastest way to get the process started?
A. First thing to do is answer these questions. 1 Which of our product offerings do you want? 2. Which brand of golf ball for that packaging choice do you want? 3. How many or what is the quantity you need? Then visit our templates page here and print out the desired size you are considering. Just sketch out your ideas, where to put logos, photos and text. Then email that sketch to us along with the logos and or photos..
Q. Can we mix different brands of balls and quantities?
A. Yes. This also separates us from our competition.
Q. What file types do you accept?
A. With us we just need quality. Any file from JPG to EPS to PNG to just about anything. The only file type we don't accept is In-Design.
Q. Does the logo that goes on the ball have to be the same as what is on the box?
A. No. They can be different. Ball imprints because of the size limitation and color limitation are often different that what is on the packaging.
Q. Do you deliver to hotels and conventions?
A. Yes. We do this all the time. It saves you time and shipping charges.
Q. I just need one dozen balls. Can an order be done on something that small?
A. Yes. Just understand that our small run fee will apply. That fee is $49.00 in addition to your product charges.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes. It isn't always inexpensive but we do it.
